We have invested in a range of diagnostic equipment, the use of which offers us the best information available.

We charge £54.00 for the first initial diagnostics, this includes a full printout of the faults. If further investigative work is required, this will have to be scheduled in prior to being able to provide an estimate for any repair works that are needed.

 

If it's a simple fix then we will do our best to sort it then and there.

All vehicles are different and use varying protocols to communicate to the different control units. To fix an electrical problem may take only 30 minutes, but the correct diagnosis should be carried out first and can take an up to hour, sometimes more.

Please be advised, we do NOT take on work that has been diagnosed elsewhere - Over the years we have been asked to fix problems that were diagnosed elsewhere. Quite often, the problem wasn't corrected, which meant it had been diagnosed incorrectly. We want to ensure the problem is fixed the first time around.
